Spa Etiquette

Scheduling
spa-ettiquteIt is important to arrive 15 minutes before your service so that you have time to change(if applicable) and can begin your relaxing, rejuvenating experience. All new clients will be taken on a tour of the beautiful salon and spa. Relax in the Tranquility Lounge with cozy seating and a fireplace overlooking Lake Cochichewick. Available to all guests for your enjoyment.

Rescheduling Guidelines
Because Bella Vita wishes to accommodate all of our guests, we require a credit card to reserve any appointment that is over a certain dollar amount. All guests are required to give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the allotted time is not given, 50% of the service price will be placed on the card. If no notice is given, the full amount of the service will be placed on the card.

Product Return
Merchandise with a receipt may be returned for a refund within 14 days. After 14 days, a store credit will be issued. Product returns must have at least 50% of the product left to be accepted for a return. Products with less than 50% full will not be accepted.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the prices listed, and are not included in the packages. Credit cards may not be used for gratuities.

Cell Phones
Our desire at Bella Vita is to preserve the tranquility of guests’ experiences, therefore, cell phones should be turned off while inside the Salon and Spa. If you must have your cell phone on, kindly change it to vibrate mode.

Children
We want each guest to have a deeply relaxing and satisfying experience at Bella Vita, therefore, please plan to make arrangements for children if you have an appointment for a spa service. Thank you for understanding.
